These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the AdsAndFeeds web application at https://adsandfeeds.com (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you use the Service on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorized to accept these Terms for that company.
1. The Service
AdsAndFeeds provides tools to:
- import product data from online stores and submit it as product feeds to Google Merchant Center;
- map and transform product attributes, and monitor sync jobs and product statuses;
- view and manage Google Merchant Center accounts you connect;
- view and manage Google Ads accounts you connect;
- collaborate with team members using role-based access (Admin, Manager, Viewer).
We may add, change or remove features over time.
2. Accounts
- You must provide accurate information and keep your login credentials confidential.
- You are responsible for all activity under your account and for the users you invite to your organization.
- Notify us promptly at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access.
3. Connecting third-party accounts
The Service works by connecting to third-party services such as Google Merchant Center, Google Ads and your e-commerce platform. By connecting an account you:
- confirm you are authorized to grant AdsAndFeeds access to that account;
- authorize AdsAndFeeds to read and write data in that account as needed to perform the actions you configure (for example uploading, updating or deleting products);
- remain bound by the third party's own terms and policies, including the Google Merchant Center policies and Google Ads policies.
You can disconnect a Google account at any time in the Service or at myaccount.google.com/permissions. AdsAndFeeds is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google, and is not responsible for decisions Google makes about your accounts, products or ads (such as disapprovals or suspensions).
4. Your content
You keep all rights to the product data and other content you submit or that the Service retrieves on your behalf ("Your Content"). You grant AdsAndFeeds a limited license to host, process and transmit Your Content solely to provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring Your Content is accurate, lawful and complies with the policies of the platforms it is submitted to.

5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- use the Service to submit products or ads that are illegal, misleading, counterfeit or that violate Google policies;
- access accounts or data you are not authorized to access;
- interfere with or disrupt the Service, or attempt to bypass rate limits or security controls;
- reverse engineer, resell or sublicense the Service except as we permit in writing;
- use the Service to send spam, malware or to abuse third-party APIs.
6. Fees
Some features may be offered for a fee. Any fees, billing terms and plan limits will be shown to you before you are charged. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.
7. Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Service at any time and request deletion of your data. We may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, if required by law, or to protect the Service or other users. On termination, your right to use the Service ends and your data will be deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.
8. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that products will be approved by Google Merchant Center, that ads will run, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AdsAndFeeds will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data or goodwill, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim, or USD 100 if you have not paid anything.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold AdsAndFeeds harmless from claims arising out of Your Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or third-party policies.
11. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
