This Privacy Policy explains how AdsAndFeeds ("AdsAndFeeds", "we", "us" or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares and protects information when you use the AdsAndFeeds web application available at https://adsandfeeds.com (the "Service"). The Service helps merchants and agencies manage product feeds for Google Merchant Center, and manage Google Merchant Center and Google Ads accounts.
By using the Service you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information we collect
1.1 Account information
When an account is created for you we store your name, email address, a hashed password, your role (Admin, Manager or Viewer) and basic activity timestamps.
1.2 Store and product data
When you connect an online store (for example a WooCommerce store) we store the store URL, the API credentials you provide, and the product catalog data retrieved from that store (titles, descriptions, prices, images, identifiers, inventory and similar attributes) together with your field-mapping settings.
1.3 Google user data
If you choose to connect a Google account through Google Sign-In / OAuth, we request only the permissions (scopes) needed for the features you use:

Basic profile —
openid,email: your Google account email address, used to show which Google account is connected to a store. -
Google Merchant Center —
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/content: access to the Merchant Center accounts you authorize, including account information, products, product statuses, item-level issues and data sources. -
Google Ads —
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/adwords(only if you connect Google Ads): the Google Ads accounts you authorize, including account details, campaigns, and performance reports.
When you authorize access, Google gives us an OAuth refresh token which we store so the Service can perform the syncs and reports you have configured without asking you to sign in every time.
1.4 Technical data
Our servers record standard log data (IP address, browser type, request time, errors) and job history (sync results and error messages) needed to operate, secure and troubleshoot the Service. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. We use your browser's local storage only to keep you signed in.
2. How we use information
We use the information described above only to provide and improve the user-facing features of the Service:
- to upload, update and delete products in the Merchant Center accounts you connect, according to your settings;
- to display Merchant Center account information, product statuses and issues in your dashboard;
- to display Google Ads accounts, campaigns and performance data, and to perform actions on Google Ads only when you explicitly request them;
- to authenticate you, enforce role-based permissions and keep the Service secure;
- to monitor jobs, diagnose errors and provide customer support you request;
- to comply with legal obligations.
3. How we use Google user data (Limited Use)
For data obtained through Google APIs, AdsAndFeeds specifically commits that:
- We use Google user data only to provide or improve the user-facing features described in this policy and visible in the Service.
- We do not sell Google user data.
- We do not use or transfer Google user data for serving advertisements, including retargeting, personalized or interest-based advertising.
- We do not use Google user data to determine creditworthiness or for lending purposes.
- We do not use Google user data to develop, improve or train generalized artificial intelligence or machine learning models.
- We do not allow humans to read Google user data, except (a) with your affirmative agreement for specific data (for example when you ask for support), (b) when necessary for security purposes such as investigating abuse, (c) to comply with applicable law, or (d) when the data has been aggregated and anonymized for internal operations.
- We do not transfer Google user data to third parties except as described in Section 4 and as permitted by the Limited Use requirements.
4. How we share information
We do not sell or rent personal information. We share information only in these cases:
- With Google, when the Service sends your product data to Merchant Center or calls the Google Ads API on your behalf.
- With your team: other users in your organization can see the stores and data their role allows.
- With service providers that host and operate our infrastructure (e.g. cloud hosting, database and email providers), under confidentiality obligations and only as needed to run the Service.
- For legal reasons, if required by law, regulation or a valid legal request, or to protect the rights and safety of our users or the public.
- Business transfers: in a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy, with notice to you.
5. Storage and security
- Data is stored in access-restricted databases hosted by our infrastructure providers and transmitted over HTTPS/TLS.
- OAuth tokens are stored server-side only; they are never sent to your browser or shown to other users.
- Passwords are stored as one-way hashes.
- Access to production systems is limited to authorized personnel who need it to operate the Service.
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your information using commercially reasonable safeguards.
6. Data retention and deletion
- Disconnecting Google: when you disconnect a Google account from a store in the Service, we revoke the OAuth token with Google and delete it from our database immediately.
- Revoking from Google: you can also revoke AdsAndFeeds' access at any time at myaccount.google.com/permissions. The Service will then stop accessing your Google data.
- Deleting a store or account: when a store or user account is deleted, the associated product data, settings and tokens are deleted from our active databases within 30 days; backups are overwritten within 90 days.
- Deletion requests: you may request deletion of your data at any time by emailing [email protected]. We will confirm and complete the request within 30 days.
Deleting data from AdsAndFeeds does not delete products already uploaded to your Merchant Center account; you can remove those in Merchant Center or ask us to remove them before disconnecting.
7. Your rights
Depending on where you live (for example under the GDPR or CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal information, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us at [email protected].
8. Children
The Service is intended for businesses and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
9. International transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than the one you live in. We take steps to ensure it remains protected as described in this policy.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will post the new version on this page and update the "Last updated" date. If changes materially affect how we use Google user data, we will notify you and, where required, ask for your consent again.
